YOGA, a part which includes breath control, meditation and adoption of body postures. It is very easy to hear this definition and equally difficult to do. Under the guidance of Sunny sir, he made it too easy to do for me as a slip disc patient. I was suggested to do only three to four exercises everyday by doctors. It's a dream for me to do yoga and meditate while on the floor. Here the journey begins where I started manifesting my dreams into reality with the help of Sunny Sir. Basically, I'm a foodie. I don't want to quit any food which I eat regularly but as per Sunny sir instructions and food diet plan this helped me to eat whatever i like and I suggest OM YOGA training in power yoga is the best cardio to reduce weight and strengthen yourself! Since starting yoga it has completely transformed my life. Before yoga, I struggled with anxiety and stress, and I often felt disconnected from my body. But through the practice of yoga, I have learned to calm my mind and connect with my breath and physical sensations. Not only has yoga helped me manage my anxiety and stress, but it has also improved my overall physical health. I'm more flexible and have better posture, and especially I have even noticed a reduction in back pain that I used to experience regularly.

He has expertise in yoga asanas and explains the significance of asanas. He has amazing solutions to general/common aches of different body parts with specific asanas that instantly relieve pain. His teachings are very close to orthopaedic/physiotherapeutic solutions. My example is I suffered from right knee pain and visited an ortho specialist nearby. The exercises the ortho doctor was referring to were the same as the exercises he usually teaches in his sessions since day one. I was always thinking of starting yoga but never found a motivating trainer. Sunny sir helped me to find an active routine with yoga. His daily yoga plan fits well with my routine. Yoga! In the past I have tried yoga in multiple places with multiple trainers and never felt so connected to yoga. Sunny sir is someone who is highly dedicated and looked after me like a brother and owned my issues and trained me accordingly. He follows certain patterns and trained me accordingly. He follows certain patterns in yoga. By the end of every session I felt calm and relaxed. I have lost a lot of weight, the good part is even if I go out of station and eat food like I used to eat I am not putting on weight now. I had breathing issues and they also got cured. I tried gym, cross fit, running, biking, functional workout and HIIT etc. always has some or the issue or injury. My body is more flexible now and my mind is also calmer than before because of meditation. My gratitude to you for all you have done, which I will never forget. When I began yoga, I was surprised by the challenge. The inward focus, the attention to breathing and to the body, the often difficult (for me) poses, were all new to me and out of my comfort zone. Nevertheless, by the end of my one-month classes, I felt a new sense of balance and stability in my normally runaway mind. After several months of regular practice, I am pleased to confirm that I am still capable of managing new challenges. My name is Sneha, My mom friend suggested Sunny sir for prenatal yoga training. My training was commenced from 2nd trimester. I felt a bit nervous how to do it. But within a week I was more comfortable with his training. From the beginning I have noticed that he is very knowledgeable and professional in teaching. His friendly nature makes me more comfortable to discuss my uncomfortableness but his suggestions helped me to overcome from them. Sunny sir is very caring and attentive during training, From 2nd trimester to 3rd trimester I have seen a lot of progress in my body like postures, stretches and flexibility. He explained the benefits and contraindications of asanas. He teached me how to sleep and What are the precautions I have to take. In my first medical checkup report I have high sugar level then sir suggested diet which helped me to maintain my sugar levels normal untill my delivery.

I decided to try yoga for weight loss and pcod reasons and started attending classes five times a week, sunny being my yoga trainer was very helpful.
